1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AI Hub (melon-hub.com / melon-hub.cn), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use AI Hub. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
Some features require an account or invite code. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Permitted Use
AI Hub is provided for lawful, personal, and commercial creative use. You may browse, generate, publish, and share AI-generated works within the bounds of these terms. You may not use the platform to generate illegal content, infringe intellectual property rights, harass others, or attempt to circumvent model safety systems.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of prompts and original assets you submit. By publishing content on AI Hub, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content on the platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload or publish.
6. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated outputs are produced by third-party model providers. AI Hub does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or fitness for purpose of any generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying generated content before using it commercially or publicly.
7. Prohibited Content
You may not publish or generate content that: (a) is illegal under applicable law; (b) infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights; (c) contains personal data of others without consent; (d) depicts minors in a sexual context; (e) promotes violence, terrorism, or hate speech; (f) constitutes spam, phishing, or deceptive material.
8. Service Availability
Model availability, pricing, latency, and output quality may change because upstream providers update their services. AI Hub does not guarantee uninterrupted access and may suspend or modify features at any time without prior notice.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Hub and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses from AI-generated content, service interruptions, or data loss.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China for users accessing via melon-hub.cn, and by applicable international law for users accessing via melon-hub.com. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
