# AI 人像摄影提示词手册

AI 绘图工具已经成为内容创作者、设计师和市场营销人员日常工作的一部分。但要让 Midjourney、Stable Diffusion、Flux 这类模型稳定输出"专业摄影级"的人像，提示词的结构和细节决定了 80% 以上的成片质量。本手册按照真实的拍摄思维拆解提示词，给出可以直接复制使用的模板和参数。

人像提示词的五段式结构

无论使用哪个模型，一条优秀的人像提示词都可以拆成五个有序模块。顺序很关键，模型对前置词权重更敏感。

2. 服装与造型：材质、颜色、风格、配饰

3. 场景与环境：地点、时间、天气、背景元素

把每段拆开看，主体明确、服装具体、场景有地理标签、镜头有焦段和光圈、风格指向胶片。这条提示词在 Midjourney v6 和 Flux 1.1 Pro 上都能稳定产出可商用的人像。

主体描述：避免"漂亮女孩"这类模糊词

新手最常见的问题是写"a beautiful girl"。这种词在模型里的语义已经被过度训练，输出会偏向高度同质化的网红脸。更有效的写法是用具体特征替代抽象形容。

不要写"beautiful"，而要写：

  • 面部结构：high cheekbones（高颧骨）、defined jawline（清晰下颌线）、almond-shaped eyes（杏仁眼）、freckles across nose（鼻梁雀斑）
  • 皮肤质感：natural skin texture（自然皮肤纹理）、matte skin（哑光皮肤）、subtle pores visible（可见毛孔）

    服装与材质：让光打在对的面料上

    服装部分要给到模型可以"打光"的信息。布料类型决定光线如何反射和折叠，这是真实摄影感的关键。

    实用关键词清单：

  • 材质：linen（亚麻）、wool（羊毛）、silk（真丝）、leather（皮革）、denim（牛仔）、cashmere（羊绒）
  • 颜色描述：muted earth tones（柔和大地色）、deep burgundy（深酒红）、cream white（奶油白）、charcoal grey（炭灰）

    焦段对应的视觉效果：

  • 35mm：环境人像，背景信息丰富，轻微畸变
  • 50mm：标准视角，最接近人眼
